Yes, we do! You must complete the electronic consent form prior to your appointment. We are not able to offer this service for all insurers ( bluecross, IA etc.) for that reason we ask you always come prepared to pay for your treatment.

Yes, we do!  All of our RMT's are set up to offer direct billing services through Veterans affairs.  We require your K number and also a prescribed medical doctors note prior to commencing treatment plans.  And then annually after that.

No, we do not!  Although your RMT has paid for extra training and instruments required for cupping,graston,prenatal,

or any other specialty treatment techniques, we do not charge any extra fees for service.  We want clients to access the best care for them, not based on fee's.

100%, all of the therapists' working at KMT are Registered Massage Therapists. They have completed a 2-3 year accredited program & successfully passed the certification exams to be eligible to practice.

We are a 100% paperless clinic!

All forms required will be sent to you electronically, so you fill them out prior to your scheduled appointment. This saves the environment but also from taking away from that precious treatment time.
